All items we produce and distribute digitally must be accessible to everyone we communicate with. Often, that is not the case, and we don't even realize it. In this session, we will define digital accessibility and provide practical strategies for ensuring PDFs, social media content, and other documents are universally accessible.

This session highlights the CYFAR Suite reporting enhancements first shared with grantee leadership earlier this spring, including redesigned PDF reports, a new four-page summary report, and item-level response tables. Participants will explore how to generate and interpret these reports and learn best practices for data uploads to ensure complete, accurate, and actionable outputs—supporting evaluation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
